Your Annual Spa Experience can be redeemed after 3 months of active membership. Discounts off purchases and consignment fees are available immediately. Refer to your welcome letter for discount codes.
How do I book my member benefits?
All member benefits are booked privately through your Member Concierge inside your account portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your Member Concierge.
Do benefits differ between memberships?
Yes. Signature Care includes one Annual Spa Experience and our core benefits. Collector Care adds a second spa, shoe spa, authentication and annual valuation.
