- How is my membership managed?
- Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled in our secure store, the same place you check out. We do not hold your card details here.
- How long is the membership?
- Monthly membership runs for an initial 12 months. The annual membership is paid once and runs for 12 months.
- Can I use CAREGIFT with the annual plan?
- No. The first month free offer applies to new monthly members only, one use per person.
- When can I use my benefits?
- As soon as your membership is confirmed in store. Care treatments are booked in the order bags arrive.
