We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Product Authenticity & Descriptions

All items sold by THR are guaranteed authentic.

We describe items to the best of our ability and provide photos, condition notes, and measurements where available.

Pre-loved items may show signs of wear. Minor variations in colour/appearance may occur due to lighting, screens, or photography.
It is your responsibility to review all images and descriptions prior to purchase.
3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Stock availability is subject to change and items may sell across multiple channels.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time.
If an error occurs after purchase, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched or services are confirmed (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and any other methods shown at checkout or on your invoice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping options, costs, and timeframes are displayed at checkout or confirmed via invoice.

Complimentary shipping within Australia may be offered for eligible orders (where stated).

Once an item has been dispatched, risk transfers to the purchaser.
THR is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the item is in transit. Shipping insurance is recommended and may be arranged on request.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
6. Click & Collect / In-Store Collection
If Click & Collect is offered:

Collection timeframes will be provided at checkout or by email.

ID may be required on collection.

Items not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable fees) at our discretion.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Pre-Loved Goods)
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

All pre-loved items are sold as-is and are final sale.

We do not offer refunds for:

change of mind

incorrect fit
-
buyer remorse

minor wear consistent with the condition description

A refund will only be considered where an item is significantly misrepresented.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
These Terms do not exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Disputes & Timeframes
Any concerns regarding an order must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery (or collection).
Please include your order number and clear photos where relevant.
Claims lodged outside this timeframe may not be considered.
10. Consignment Terms (Client Items)
Where THR sells items on behalf of a consignor:

THR acts as an agent for the consignor.

The consignor confirms they are the lawful owner and have the right to consign the item.

THR may decline items at its discretion.

THR may set or recommend pricing based on market demand and condition.

Consignor payments are made only after funds have cleared and any dispute risk period has passed.

In the event of chargebacks, fraud, or disputes, THR may withhold or recover payouts where required.
Consigned items may be listed across multiple platforms.
11. Handbag Spa Terms (Cleaning / Restoration)
By booking a Handbag Spa service, you acknowledge:

Services are cosmetic in nature and results may vary.

Pre-loved materials can be delicate; cleaning/restoration may reveal or affect existing wear, ageing, colour variation, glazing, finishes, stitching, hardware, or coatings.

THR is not responsible for deterioration due to underlying material weakness, prior repairs, age-related wear, or manufacturer defects.
Where additional work is required beyond the booked service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

THR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
