Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT:

  • Complimentary Free Express Shipping on all orders within Australia.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and include a tracking number.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
     

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT:

  • We charge a flat rate of $80 AUD for international express shipping on all orders outside Australia.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days with a tracking number.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
     

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:

  • For international orders, please be aware that import taxes, customs duties, or other fees may apply based on the destination country.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
