At The Handbag Room, we specialise in the resale of curated luxury designer handbags and accessories.

To maintain the quality of our collection and achieve the best results for our consignors, we selectively accept items based on brand, condition and current resale demand.

We primarily focus on iconic luxury houses that perform strongly within the resale market.

These brands represent the majority of demand within the luxury resale market.

Brands We Do Not Currently Accept

To maintain a curated luxury offering, we generally do not accept contemporary or department-store brands including:

Coach
Michael Kors
Kate Spade
Tory Burch
Marc Jacobs

These brands typically do not perform strongly within the luxury resale market.
 

Condition Requirements

Items submitted for consignment should be in excellent to very good preloved condition.

Items requiring minor cleaning or restoration may still be accepted and serviced through The Handbag Room Spa prior to listing.

Items with significant structural damage may be declined.
 

Our Pricing Approach

At The Handbag Room, items are priced using current resale market data to ensure the best chance of sale.

We do not list items at consignor-requested prices above market value, as items priced too high typically remain unsold.

Our goal is to achieve strong resale results while maintaining a high sell-through rate for our consignors.
