Our approach
Treatments are sequenced so each one supports the next — for example cleaning before colour. Our aim is to extend the life of your bag while respecting its original materials.
Every bag starts with a specialist assessment. We treat it according to its material and condition, preserve original materials wherever possible, and aim to improve its appearance and extend its life — we never promise a bag will look brand new.

Questions we're asked
Is complete restoration worth it?
For a bag you love or a valuable piece, often yes. We'll be honest if a treatment isn't worthwhile for your bag.
Can I choose only some treatments?
Yes. Your quote lists each recommended treatment so you can choose.
Will my bag look brand new?
We don't promise brand new. Our aim is to improve its appearance and extend its life while respecting the original materials.
Can I send my handbag from interstate?
Yes. We work with customers Australia-wide. Once your quote is approved we'll explain how to send your bag to us safely, and we return it insured. Adelaide customers can also visit our studio.
