Our approach
We identify the leather type and finish first. Smooth calfskin, caviar and lambskin each respond differently, so the treatment is tailored to the material and its condition — preserving as much of the original as we can.
Every bag starts with a specialist assessment. We treat it according to its material and condition, preserve original materials wherever possible, and aim to improve its appearance and extend its life — we never promise a bag will look brand new.

FAQ
Questions we're asked
Can scratches be removed from leather handbags?
Light scratches can often be blended out. Deeper scratches can usually be made far less noticeable, though they may not disappear entirely.
Can worn handbag corners be restored?
Yes, in many cases. If the piping underneath is exposed, see our Piping & Corner Restoration.
Can Chanel lambskin be restored?
Lambskin can be restored with care, but it is soft and easily marked. We'll advise what's realistic after seeing photos.
Can cracked leather be repaired?
Fine surface cracking can often be improved. Deep cracks that go through the leather are a structural issue and may only be partially repairable.
Can I send my handbag from interstate?
Yes. We work with customers Australia-wide. Once your quote is approved we'll explain how to send your bag to us safely, and we return it insured. Adelaide customers can also visit our studio.
