Major stitching, zip replacement and structural repairs are not standard in-house fixed-price services. We assess each bag individually and will only quote where specialist work may be suitable.

Every bag starts with a specialist assessment. We treat it according to its material and condition, preserve original materials wherever possible, and aim to improve its appearance and extend its life — we never promise a bag will look brand new.

Questions we're asked
Do you replace zips?
Zip replacement isn't a standard in-house service. Send us photos and we'll advise whether specialist work may be possible.
Can loose stitching be fixed?
It depends on the bag and the damage. We assess stitching concerns from photos before recommending anything.
Can I send my handbag from interstate?
Yes. We work with customers Australia-wide. Once your quote is approved we'll explain how to send your bag to us safely, and we return it insured. Adelaide customers can also visit our studio.
