Reshaping is done slowly and gently to avoid stressing the leather. We'll also advise how to store the bag to keep its shape.
Every bag starts with a specialist assessment. We treat it according to its material and condition, preserve original materials wherever possible, and aim to improve its appearance and extend its life — we never promise a bag will look brand new.

Questions we're asked
Can a collapsed handbag be reshaped?
Many can be significantly improved. Results depend on the leather and internal structure.
Can creases be removed?
Creases can often be softened. Deep, long-standing creases may remain partly visible.
How should I store my bag to keep its shape?
Stuff it lightly with acid-free tissue, store it upright in its dust bag, and avoid hanging it by the handles.
Can I send my handbag from interstate?
Yes. We work with customers Australia-wide. Once your quote is approved we'll explain how to send your bag to us safely, and we return it insured. Adelaide customers can also visit our studio.
