Depending on the damage, we can rebuild and recolour worn corners or repair piping. Piping that has split right through is assessed for the most suitable repair.

Our approach
We assess whether the leather around the corner is still sound, rebuild where it's thin, and colour-match so the repair blends with the rest of the bag.
Every bag starts with a specialist assessment. We treat it according to its material and condition, preserve original materials wherever possible, and aim to improve its appearance and extend its life — we never promise a bag will look brand new.

FAQ
Questions we're asked
Can exposed piping be repaired?
Often, yes. Lightly exposed piping can be rebuilt and recoloured. Fully split piping may need a more involved repair, which we'll quote.
Will the corners look new?
Our aim is a clean, cared-for finish. Heavily worn corners will look much better but may not be indistinguishable from new.
Can Chanel corners be restored?
Corner wear is common on Chanel flap bags and is something we see often. Lambskin and caviar are treated differently.
Can I send my handbag from interstate?
Yes. We work with customers Australia-wide. Once your quote is approved we'll explain how to send your bag to us safely, and we return it insured. Adelaide customers can also visit our studio.
